SPA RECEPTIONIST
SEASON 2025.
We are seeking talented, responsible and motivated spa receptionist to join our team.
In this role as a spa receptionist you will work in very motivated and professional spa team in wellness centers in the luxury hotels in Croatia, Austria and USA.
You will be responsible for:
- Work at the wellness reception
- Receiving and responding to guests’ inquiries by phone, e-mail or live
- Reservation of spa services as well as payment for them and encouragement of new reservations
- Reception, welcoming and accommodation of guests and promotion of the wellness center’s offer
- Sale of wellness products and services
- Taking care of hygiene and cleanliness according to the highest quality standards
- Care and supervision regarding the rules of behavior in the wellness center in accordance with the rules and procedures
- Implementation of activities in accordance with legal and internal regulations and standard goals and procedures
Our ideal candidate has:
- Several years of experience in 4- or 5-star hotels is desirable
- High school education (4 years)
- Completed additional educational programs or courses are preferred
- Advanced English or German speaker
- Communication and sales skills
- Responsible, flexible with working hours and team worker
- Kidness and focus on guests
- Computer skills
