ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide excellent spa treatments to hotel guests in line with our established standards and procedures
- Apply knowledge of saunas and wellness facilities in daily tasks
- Respond to guest inquiries, manage treatment bookings, and assist with general spa duties as directed (laundry, room preparation, etc.)
- Present our treatment menu to guests and recommend therapies that would benefit them most
- Take a detailed guest history and record any health conditions
- Listen to guest feedback during treatments and adjust techniques accordingly
- Suggest future treatments and promote spa retail products
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness according to the highest quality standards
- Work in line with legal and internal regulations, objectives, and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a spa at a 4- or 5-star hotel or on cruise ships
- High school diploma (4 years) – diploma / certificate as a spa therapist or massage therapist (minimum 300 practical hours)
- Additional educational programs or specialist courses (preferred)
- Advanced English or German language skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Responsible, flexible, and a strong team player
- Warm personality with the ability to work with both domestic and international guests
- Computer literacy and ability to manage bookings and payments
- Highly motivated and professional
