We are looking for talented, professional, and passionate Well-being Specialists to join our wellness teams in luxury hotels in Croatia and Austria.
Expected income: €1,500 – 3,000 per month
If you have experience in luxury wellness and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic well-being programs, this is your opportunity to work in some of Europe’s most prestigious hotels, including Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, Marriott hotels and other premium properties in Croatia and Obertauern, Austria.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead yoga sessions, meditation classes, and holistic well-being programs for hotel guests
Provide personalized wellness consultations and recommend suitable therapies and practices
Perform Aufguss sauna rituals and educate guests on sauna culture and health benefits
Collaborate on the development and implementation of new well-being programs within the company
Work closely with spa teams to integrate well-being experiences into the overall guest journey
Promote mindfulness and relaxation techniques tailored to individual guest needs
Maintain a serene, professional, and luxurious atmosphere in all sessions and spa spaces
Support spa operations when needed (guest inquiries, bookings, room setup and preparation)
Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and legal regulations

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a spa at a 4- or 5-star hotel or on cruise ships
High school diploma (4 years)
Diploma or certificate as a well-being specalist, yoga instructor or spa therapist (minimum 300 practical hours)
Additional wellness-related educational programs or specialist courses (preferred)
Advanced English or German language skills
Computer literacy and ability to manage bookings
Strong communication and sales skills
Responsible, flexible, and a strong team player
Warm personality with the ability to work with both domestic (Croatian) and international guests
Highly motivated and professional
