BEAUTICIAN

We are looking for talented, professional, and responsible Beauticians to join our wellness teams in luxury hotels in Croatia and Austria.

Expected income: €1,500 – 4,000 per month

If you have experience in luxury wellness and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, this is your opportunity to work in some of Europe’s most prestigious hotels, including Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, AC Hotel Marriott Split, TUI Blue, The Isolano Autograph Collection, Arba Resort – Valamar Collection, and premium hotels in Obertauern, Austria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide high-quality spa treatments to hotel guests (massages, facial and body treatments, manicures, and pedicures) in line with professional standards and procedures

  • Advise guests on treatments and spa products (cross-sell, up-sell) and encourage new bookings

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to the highest standards

  • Respond to guest inquiries and perform general spa duties as directed (towel preparation, treatment room setup, etc.)

  • Follow all legal regulations, internal policies, objectives, and procedures

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels or on cruise ships

  • Beautician diploma (high school, 4 years) / Level VII qualification in cosmetology

  • Additional training programs or specialist courses (preferred)

  • Advanced spoken English or German

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Responsible, flexible, and a team player

  • Friendly and professional personality

  • Experience with both domestic and international guests

  • Motivated and resourceful
