SPA RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for motivated, professional, and friendly Spa Receptionists to join our wellness teams in luxury hotels in Croatia and Austria.
Expected income: €1,200 – 3,000 per month
If you have experience in luxury wellness and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, this is your opportunity to work in some of Europe’s most prestigious hotels, such as Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, AC Hotel Marriott Split, TUI Blue, The Isolano Autograph Collection, Arba Resort, Valamar Collection and premium hotels in Obertauern, Austria.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Warmly welcome guests at the spa reception
- Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Handle reservations and payments for spa services, and encourage future bookings
- Greet and guide guests through the spa facilities, promoting available treatments and packages
- Sell spa products and services
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all reception and spa areas
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure spa rules and procedures are respected
- Follow all legal procedures, internal policies, goals, and company standards

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a receptionist, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels

High school diploma (4 years)

Additional certifications or training (preferred)

Advanced spoken and written English and German
- Experience with domestic and international guests
- Computer skills (Excel, cash register, Opera, etc.)

Strong communication and sales skills
