YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, monitoring the quality of spa service and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring the best spa service: Taking care that every client feels comfortable and relaxed, promptly addressing any complaints or concerns
- Stuff motivation: motivating spa staff to provide quality service that complies with our standards and procedures
- Team management: Collaborating with spa therapists and hotel staff, monitoring spa staff performance, providing feedback and enabling professional growth and development
- Financial management: Monitoring costs and implementing cost-effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability in agreement with superiors
- Inventory management: Taking care of the spa’s inventory, products and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory for smooth operations
- Marketing: Cooperation with a team of marketing experts in the central office on targeted and proper promotions.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Several years of experience in five star hotels is desirable
- High school education (4 years)
- Completed additional educational programs or courses are preferred
- Advanced English or German speaker
- Communication and sales skills
- Responsible, flexible with working hours and team worker
- Kidness and focus on guests
- Computer skills
