FITNESS TRAINER,
YOGA TRAINER
SEASON 2025.
We are seeking fitness or yoga trainer with work experience in spa center.
In this role as an fitness trainer or yoga trainer you will be work in very motivated and professional spa team in wellness centers in the luxury hotels like Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, Valamar or TUI BLUE group in Makarska and Dubrovnik, Croatia and Austria.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Providing excellent fitness and yoga training to hotel guests (traditional training, functional training, yoga, pilates) according with work standards and procedures
- It is advantage if you have experience in massages and beauty treatments
- Introduce our service offer to the guests and determine which training would benefit the most
- Take a detailed guest history and note any health conditions
- Suggest spa treatments and offer our products
- Listen to guest during training and adjust training as they desire
- Take care of hygiene and purity according to the highest quality standards
- Work according to the legal and internal regulations, standard objectives and procedures

Our ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of three (3) years working in a spa, in a hotel with 4 or 5 stars as a fitness/yoga trainer
- Excellent knoweladge of fitness and wellness concepts
- Excellent knoweladge in the profession/improvement (certificate)
- Advanced English or German speaker
- Communication and sales skills
- Responsible, flexible and team worker
- A kind person who knows how to work with domestic and foreign guests
- Computer skills
