A Wellness gift voucher<\/strong> is a coupon in electronic form, numbered with a unique number when issued. The Seller published it in electronic form after receiving the payment, and delivers it to the Customer as an attachment to the Confirmation of the concluded contract.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Wellness gift voucher is ordered on the Webshop by selecting the button \u201eBuy now\u201c, after which the desired Wellness gift voucher is saved in the consumer\u00b4s cart on the right side of page.<\/p>

By clicking on the \u201eCart\u201c button, the Customer gets an overview of the selected Wellness gift vouchers.<\/p>

After pressing the \u201eBilling\u201c button, the Customer accesses the order form in which he must enter his personal data and payment method.<\/p>

The Customer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided.<\/p>

The Seller will notify the Customer that the order has been received by sending a Confirmation of Order by electronic email to the Customer\u00b4s email address, with information on the order number and price. The legal status of the received order is \u201eoffer\u201c and does not oblige the Seller to provide or provide the ordered service from the Wellness gift voucher. The Seller is not obliged to accept the order and may, at his own discreation, refuse it. However, the Customer confirms that by submitting the order, he accepts the obligation to pay for the Wellness gift voucher. In case of rejection of the Customer\u00b4s order, the Seller will return the entire amount to the Customer.<\/p>

When the payment has been made, and in case of acceptance of the order, the Seller will via electronic mail deliver to the Customer the Confirmation of the concluded contract, which contains the invoice, information about the payment made and the order number. The sales contract of Wellness gift voucher between the Seller and the Customer is concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Customer an electronic Confirmation of the concluded contract. From that moment, all prices and other conditions of sale are agreed and valid for both the Seller and the Customer. The seller will not be obliged to deliver any other product or provide a service, which are not confirmed by the Confirmation of the concluded contract.<\/p>

The Confirmation of order and the Confiramtion of the concluded contract will be sent to the customer via email address specified by the customer when placing the order.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When the Customer buys Wellness gift voucher, that does not constitute an automatic booking of an appointment.<\/strong> The customer is obliged to book an appointment in advance by email or phone.<\/p>

The Customer of the Wellness gift voucher can use the gift voucher only at the location for which he purchased the Wellness gift voucher.<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer is obliged to present the purchased Wellness gift voucher as a coupon when arriving at the pre-booked appointment at the location. In case the Customer wants to use additional services, which are not included in the purchased Wellness gift voucher, the Customer is obliged to pay for the additional service.<\/p>

It is not allowed to write, erase, cross out or repair anything on the Wellness gift voucher, otherwise it will be considered invalid.<\/p>

If, for any reason, the Seller decides to withdraw the Wellness gift voucher from the market, the Customer will be informed about this on time, and will be able to use it within a certain period that the Seller will determine in advance. The Seller will notify the Customer on time about such decisions via electronic mail.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Wellness gift voucher has an indicated expiration date from the date of issue, within which period the Customer is obliged to use the service from the Wellness gift voucher. The Seller reserves the right to change the validation period of the Wellness gift voucher, and must notify the Customer about changes.<\/p>

If the validation period of the Wellness gift voucher has expired, the Customer cannot use it. If the Customer has not used the purchased Wellness gift voucher on time, i.e. the expiration date has expired, the Seller has no obligation to the Customer, and Customer loses the right to the service from Wellness gift voucher, and has no right to a refund.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Euro (\u20ac), including VAT.<\/strong><\/p>

All payments will be made in Croatian national currency. The amount charged to your credit card account is converted to your local currency at the credit card association\u00b4s exchange rate.<\/p>

The customer can pay for the ordered Wellness gift voucher by bank transfer or by credit or debit card through the Corvus Pay security system with Diners, Premium Visa, Visa, Maestro or MasterCard cards.<\/strong><\/p>

Payment in installments is not possible.<\/p>

If the Customer pays by credit card, his data is protected by the Corvus Pay security system. This means that the Seller has no insight into the Customer`s card number, that has only the credit card company and the owner of the credit card.<\/p>

The Customer can buy Wellness gift voucher 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>

A Wellness gift voucher can be purchased in available quantities.<\/p>

After purchasing Wellness gift vouchers, they cannot be exchanged.<\/p>

Exchange of Wellness gift vouchers for money is not possible.<\/p>

Refunds are not possible for purchased Wellness gift vouchers, except in the cases provided for in these Purchase Terms<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Customer is obliged to keep his Wellness gift voucher and treat it reponsibly and use it exclusively in accordance with the Purchase Conditions stated here.<\/p>

The seller does not assume any financial obligations or responsibility for damage caused by the loss or theft of the Wellness gift voucher or if Customer has problems with the email and do not receive Wellness gift voucher.
